Northern Rivers Creative Industries

The Northern Rivers region has been recognised as having one of the highest concentrations of creative practitioner populations in Australia. In the period 2001 to 2006 we recorded the highest creative industries employment growth in NSW, more than double the growth of Sydney. In the same period creative industries employment in the region grew 25% faster than the rest of the regional economy.

Each month Arts Northern Rivers is pleased to feature one of our many successful local creative enterprises. This month, it’s the locally created and produced television drama series, East of Everything.
